Dear 802.18 participants,

UK's Ofcom has released consultation titled 'Proposed Wireless Telegraphy (Exemption) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2026 Expanding Access to the Upper 6 GHz Band for Commercial Mobile and Wi-Fi Services' that proposes to make new regulations that would introduce new license exemptions which are a result of new policy decisions regarding expansion of Wi-Fi access in the upper 6 GHz band.
