[802.19] EC report adoption of report on developments in sub-700 MHz band

For your information - The European Commission adopted a report on 23rd July 2026 on the developments in the use of the 470–694 MHz (sub-700 MHz) frequency band, in accordance with Article 7 of the Ultra High Frequency (UHF) Decision.

The report will serve as a preparatory step towards developing an EU-level strategy for the future use of the sub-700 MHz band beyond 2030. It provides an evidence base for future policy discussions, while recognising the diverse spectrum needs of Member States and supporting the efficient and flexible use of this valuable spectrum resource.
