Hello 802.21 folks,

Please find attached meeting minutes of last teleconference on August
3rd from Xiaoyu Liu.

Also attached is an updated version (version 7) of the Requirement
document.
This includes all the comment resolutions of the last teleconference on
Aug 3rd (all of Peretz's comments and the very first comment from Ajay).

If there are other sections where text needs to be modified or anything
else incorporated based on prior discussions please send any such text
directly over to me. Currently there are comments pending from Ajay,
Eric and Mani.
