Revised Security SG CR documents

The following revised CR contributions were the ones that were edited
based on today's discussion:

For inter-AAA-domain assumptions and requirements, Lily and Ajay will
revise 0292-01 to add new definition on "network", "service" and
"service provider", and submit 0292-02 by Thursday morning.  We will
discuss 0292-02 in Thursday meeting.

For authenticator discovery, if Da-peng is ok with 0289-01 then we
will confirm acceptance of 0289-01 in Thursday meeting, and no further
revision is needed.  Otherwise, if Da-peng would like to further
revise 0289-01, please submit 0289-02 by Thursday morning for further
discussion.  Da-peng, please let us know if 0289-01 is acceptable for
you by Wednesday.
