[802.3_ISAAC] IEEE P802.3dm TFR results

Dear P802.3dm participants,

Happy New Year!

The task force review for D0.a has ended.  377 comments were received, but only 370 comments will be considered during the January Interim.  Some comments were sent "empty" with only the type and potentially a location, but no comment text or suggested remedy text.  These comments have been marked as "Withdrawn".  There was also a comment that had comment text but no suggested remedy.  The commenter had determined this wasn't needed, but forgot to delete the comment from the spreadsheet so it has also been marked "Withdrawn".

The website has been updated to add a "Comments on P802.3dm drafts" page.  You can find the received comment files on this page in both Excel and pdf formats.  When proposed responses are ready, they will be added to this page.

Three comments have associated files.  These files can be found on the January 19-22, 2026 webpage.  The files are listed by the comment # they support.

There seems to have been some confusion on when the review period ended and who comment should be sent to.  If you have comments that have not yet been sent, please send them to me as soon as you can, but no later than January 8th at 3pm EST, and they will be considered during the January Interim.  While this is a multi-editor project, comments should always be sent to the chief editor to ensure they are included in the database.  It is fine to copy a clause editor, vice chair, your coworker, etc., but they won't make it into the database if I don't receive them.

While it is preferable that presentations associated with comments be sent with the comment, if you determine that a presentation is needed for your comment (or someone else's), please send the comment presentation request and presentation by the posted deadlines, January 8th for the request and January 12th for the presentation.

Presentations that are not associated with a comment, but that help to complete the draft are encouraged.  Please be aware of the specified deadlines.

Thanks to all who carefully reviewed the draft and provided comments!
