Dear IEEE P802.3dm participants,
If you are planning to submit comments on the D0.a draft, please send them no later than 3 pm EST on January 8th. Any comments received after this date will not be looked at until we are in Austin, on Tuesday, January 20th when 3dm doesn't meet. These comments will only be considered if time permits later that week.
Presentation requests for the January Interim are due by 8 pm EST tomorrow, January 8th. If your presentation relates to an already submitted comment, please check the posted presentation database to determine the comment number and include that with your request.
Presentations for the January Interim are due by 8 pm EST on Tuesday, January 12th. Please make sure your filename meets the specified format, including the date code. Requirements for presentations can be found in this file:

Due to the fact that the comment deadline was extended because a number of people requested more time, the proposed responses will not be available until Tuesday, January 12th.
