Thanks for the time correction. I don’t know where the error came from, but it is difficult to get everything right with the varying rules for daylight savings time / summer time, and that and not reverifying times may have been the problem.

You indicated the meeting will be at 13:00 CET (Madrid) time. However, the webex meeting link indicates the teleconference is scheduled for April 14th from 14:00 to 15:30 CET Madrid time. The other times, i.e. 5h00 PDT and 21h00 JST are consistent with webex invitation.
In summary, meetings will be at 14:00 Spain,Germany time.
