| Colleagues, We went well overtime today and I thank you for your patience and willingness to extend the call. FUTURE MEETINGS Our current list of scheduled teleconferences is: 17 Aug 2021 — Ad hoc teleconference 31 Aug 2021 — Ad hoc teleconference 07 Sep 2021 — Ad hoc teleconference If there are any motions to consider I will need to convert one or more of these calls to be interim TF meetings/teleconferences. Please let me know if you desire to make any motions in these future calls. Because of notice requirements, I would need to make an announcement in the next day or two for a 17 Aug interim. There is a bit more time for either of the other dates, but early notice of a desire for an interim teleconference would be appreciated. We also have the option to add a teleconference date (e.g., 24 Aug 2021) if participants believe that to be appropriate. I just scheduled interim TF teleconferences (.ics calendar item attached below) for: 21 Sep 2021 — Interim teleconference 28 Sep 2021 — Interim teleconference We will discuss during August teleconferences if these two calls are sufficient for the September interim series. IEEE STD IEEE 802.3 REVISION BALLOT Also, a reminder for those of you that are 802.3 voters that the initial WG ballot on the revision of IEEE Std 802.3 is currently open. This revision project is also referred to as 802.3dc within IEEE 802.3 or P802.3 (the number on the PAR) and within IEEE SA tools like myProject.) Any of you that are not 802.3 voters are still welcome to review the revision draft and comment on the draft (but not vote). The IEEE 802.3 username and password will be required to access the P802.3/D2.0 draft. (If you are current on meeting fees, attended and signed in to one of the 802.3 WG teleconferences in the last year then you should be on to the 802.3 reflector and received the ballot announcement.) For those of you that are newer to IEEE 802.3, the 802.3 home page includes a link to "Balloting information”. This takes you to a set of links including ballot response history. The direct link for Current ballots and TF reviews can be found at: https://www.ieee802.org/3/ballots/announce.html if you discarded the announcement previously sent there is a link to the ballot announcement there as well as other relevant information.
