All, the editorial team has worked through the received comments, and I have just now posted their proposed responses. Please review.

We have 2 comments in the “EZ” topic this time, but I do not expect an “EZ bucket” motion – we will consider the comments individually at our meeting on Friday. There aren’t that many total comments (21) and a fair number are duplicates.
