[802.3_SPEP2P] Implemented draft 3.1 and revised comment reports posted

All – Thanks to our editorial team (especially Valerie Maguire who was hit by that massive storm this week) for completing the implementation of comments on 802.3dg to create 802.3dg D3p1.

Draft 3.1 is now posted in the private area for your review.  We plan to open recirculation mid next week.

As granted by motion, editorial license was used, to adjust for files, location errors, and revcom conventions.

The following comment responses had editorial adjustment changes: 23, 32, 47, 48, and 51.

Comment responses 34 and 40 were modified to include the full URL.

You can find the comment reports, as implemented, in the comments area and compare with the resolved comments.  If you see any issues, please notify me by end of day Monday, 2 March 2026, 5PM pacific time.
