IEEE 802.3 YANG Open Source Project Ad Hoc

This IEEE 802.3 Working Group ad hoc has been established to consider potential paths for moving IEEE 802.3 YANG into an IEEE OSCOM Open Source project.

As of November 14^th, the group has received approval from both 802.3 and the LMSC to move forward with the OS project request.
