[802-LMSC] Request two non-consent and one consent agenda items for the June 3rd teleconference call

Dear James, Beth,

I would like to request to add the following non-consent and one consent agenda items for the June 3rd teleconference call.

Non-consent agenda items:

MI:  Approve Fee Waiver for the 2025 July plenary
ME:  Approve Draft Response, to South Africa ICASA’s consultation re dynamic spectrum access
A supporting document, ec-25/0116, will be posted

Both agenda items will be presented by me and I suppose each of the agenda items will take no longer than 5 minutes.  Of note is that the ME item is still under discussion in IEEE 802.18, and a motion may be expected in the May 29th IEEE 802.18 call.  If there is any change on this second agenda item, I will inform you as soon as possible.

Consent agenda item:

Approve Draft Response, to South Africa ICASA’s consultation re the Draft National Radio Frequency Plan

Move to approve document for submission https://mentor.ieee.org/802.18/dcn/25/18-25-0045-03-0000-proposed-response-to-south-africa-icasa-s-consultation-on-draft-national-radio-frequency-plan.pdf to South Africa ICASA before the submission deadline, with editorial license granted to the IEEE 802.18 chair.

Looking ahead, we have a telecon in 2 weeks (Tuesday, June 3rd).  Below you'll find the minutes and action items from our last call and the barebones of the agenda for the upcoming call.  James will be in transit, so Dave H has agreed to chair the meeting.

Please let Dave, James, and I know if you have any agenda items by the end of this week.  10 days prior to the call (the deadline for the cancellation decision) is this Saturday, May 24.
