I have posted the updated Exec Sec Report with the updated Student Outreach Program details: 802-ec-25/0101r2:

I don't know the urgency, but would like feedback on the changes either on the telecon (Agenda request), or email.

We can approve it on the call or later in July.

I think it is best to approve fee waivers in advance of the meeting.  That gives us three items, so I think it would be worth the call.
