[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ a second draft submission to South Africa's ICASA

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

Hope all is well.

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission in the June 2025 LMSC teleconference call..

On 30 March 2025, the Independent Communications Authority of South Africa (ICASA) began a consultation that sought public opinion on its proposed regulations on the use of dynamic spectrum access in the 3.8 GHz band and the lower 6 GHz band.

A few individuals prepared a detailed response that provides the administration with inputs specially related to the lower 6 GHz band  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 29 May 2025 with the following voting results:  13 Yes, 0 No, 1 Abstain.  Please kindly review the draft and let me know if you have any comments or suggestions preferably no later than Monday, 2 June 2025.
