[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ a draft submission to European Commission RSPG

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

Hope all is well.

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission tentatively via a 10-day letter ballot

On 20 June 2025, European Commission Radio Spectrum Policy Group (RSPG) launched a consultation "Draft RSPG Opinion on Long-term vision for the upper 6 GHz band", which seeks public opinions on the way forward options in utilizing the upper 6 GHz band.

A draft response was prepared, and approved by IEEE 802.18 on 14 August  2025 with the following voting results:  12 Yes, 0 No, 1 Abstain.  Please kindly review the draft and let me know if you have any comments or suggestions preferably no later than Monday, 25 August 2025.
