To provide some background for the electronic meeting.
On the September Interim Conference call the IEEE 802 LMSC approved Osaka as the site for the March 2027 Plenary meeting and a site visit.  In preparation for the site visit, we determined that the IT infrastructure at the hotel is inadequate to support an IEEE 802 Plenary meeting.  As a consequence, we are going to discuss going to the Singapore location instead, or if that is not approved, widening the search world-wide for the March 2027 meeting.

The goal of the meeting is to provide sufficient information for the IEEE 802 LMSC members to make an informed vote regarding the change to our approve March 2027 location.

I am not planning on presenting any slides.  Please review the ethics, copyright, patent policy and participant behavior polices prior to the meeting.
Thanks.
