I just got the final list of individuals from the administration for the fee waiver request:

Mr. Thapakorn Kongton, Mid-Level Engineering Officer,  the Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)
Mr. Pongsathorn Aroonmitr, Engineering Officer,  the Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC)
