I have the following item for the agenda for the Feb 3, 2026, telecon. Since I expect some discussion, I will not put it on the consent agenda.

Motion

Conditionally approve sending IEEE P802.11bi to Standards Association ballot

WG result to forward to SA ballot: Yes: 71, No: 1, Abstain: 7

WG result for modified CSD:  Yes: 78, No: 1, Abstain: 7

Explanation for modified CSD: The currently approved CSD calls for a coexistence assessment. However, that is not necessary given the scope of the project: privacy enhancements that affect only MAC operation.
