[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ a draft submission to Japan MIC's report

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission via a letter ballot in the near future.

On 22 April 2026, Japan's MIC issued a statement soliciting comments on a report of the Land Radio Communications Committee that specifies technical conditions related to 6 GHz WLAN operations and DFS operations in 5 GHz.

A few individuals prepared a response to the administration's report. The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 12 May 2026 with the following voting results:  13 Yes, 0 No, 7 Abstain.
