Beth and all - because the rule meeting will be Sunday evening, before the lmsc opening, there will not be ‘rules preview’ presentation or item at the opening lmsc.
The agenda for the rules meeting is:

lmsc p&p update for submission to audcom

And, time permitting, two items:
-
consideration and discussion of the proposed rules change on crg voting during working group ballot that Geoff requested on the reflector,
-
discussion to modify the chairs guidelines to make it clear that the default position is not to charge a registration fee for attendance limited to announced tutorials (right now the approved motion is ambiguous )
I plan to post the rules agenda and documents no later than Saturday afternoon (pacific), hopefully tomorrow. Apologies for the delay. Similar to Beth, work has exploded…
