All – I have uploaded the proposed agenda for the rules meeting Sunday evening in Montreal, 7:30PM-9:30PM local time. As announced, the primary agenda will be to prepare the proposed LMSC P&P for the LMSC to consider at the closing plenary meeting. The proposed P&P document has been uploaded as a redline to the Audcom template, fixing some formatting errors as well. No substantive changes have been made from the versions circulated for review following
the May Rules ad hoc meeting. The proposed rules agenda deck is at:

These will be for consideration at the rules meeting. There are 2 other items on the agenda which will be addressed if time permits – one is a proposed WG ballot CRG voting rules change from Geoff Thompson (see
https://www.ieee802.org/email/stds-802-lmsc/msg01086.html ) , and the other is a potential clarification to Chair’s guidelines item 4.9, regarding whether a fee is charged for a tutorial badge. I do not expect to progress any other items at the meeting Sunday, but if you have anything else for the agenda, please let me know ASAP. George A.
