[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ A draft submission to UK Ofcom's consultation Wireless Telegraphy Amendment

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission tentatively via a letter ballot in the near future.

On 20th July 2026, UK Ofcom began a consultation on their notice of proposal to make amendments to Wireless Telegraphy Regulations regarding WAS/RLAN operation in 6425 MHz to 6585 MHz.

A few individuals prepared a response to RSPG's consultation.  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 13th August 2026 with the following voting results:  6 Yes, 1 No, 1 Abstain.
