[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ A draft submission to SA ICASA's consultation on IMT feasibility study in 6425 MHz to 7125 MHz

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission tentatively via a letter ballot in the near future.

On 24th July 2026, SA ICASA began a consultation on their IMT feasibility study in 6425 MHz to 7125 MHz.

A few individuals prepared a response to RSPG's consultation.  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 on 13th August 2026 with the following voting results:  6 Yes, 0 No, 3 Abstain.
