I agree with you, Adisak (and the rest who responded).
Glad that you brought up this point.

We should be looking at having consistent scenarios, metrics, paramters,
....etc.  to be able to compare various proposals and understand the merits
and limitations of each. It's not our place to dictate which modeling tool
should be used. In fact, probably the use of different tools can offer us
the advantage of providing different perspectives on the same problem.

Sharing information between participants is most welcome no matter which
tool is used. Heng's suggestion about releasing models for various modeling
platforms sounds good too. However, there may be some logistics that need to
be looked into. We can discuss this in the 'Discussions' section of my
presentation on performance metrics (which is essentially discussing the
points in the document that I sent out several weeks ago).
