Reflector Health

RPRSGers,

I've noticed that I am not getting all the emails
from the reflector, and it is also eating about 1/2 of the
emails I send to it. 

This is my 2nd attempt at this email.

I noticed the second symptom first, and on the recent
thread on traffic models I know that I missed a few
emails.

please email tak@xxxxxxxxx and describe whatever problems
you are having.
