Subject: Preliminary Agenda for Sanity Check
Please find attached an agenda for march.
Check all pages for presentations with your
name attached and check the title and duration.
Note the length includes approximately 1/4 for questions
so a 30 minutes presentation assumes 7 minutes of questions
Please be concise.
During presentation I will only allow questions of
clarification, the real questions have to wait
for the end of the talk.
To make the download faster, please provide a pdf
format of your presentation in black and white with
no fancy backgrounds to the slides. I you do not have
pdf distiller I can do it for you if you send me
powerpoint slides.
ActionItem ->
Make sure I have not missed a request, nor added
something (there is possible duplication). If you
want to delay a presenation for another meeting
let me know. I have chosen to delay some requests
I will send out emails to the affected people.
ActionItem ->
Please send me an email with the correct title name.
ActionItem ->
1st cut of the presentations are due for upload on
the 5th of march. If you make changes between the
5th and the 12th please bring 120 paper copies of
your slides.
COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENT ->
Failure to provide a first pass copy on the 5th will
means that you do not get to present. So, for those of
you worried about company secrets or running simulations
up to the last moment. Put all the non-secret and
non changing stuff in the initial upload and bring
the copies :)
thank you,
mike
