Dear all,

           I am postponing the next TGaq scheduled teleconference from December 15th to December 18th 2017. This email provides the required 10 days notice.

The reason for this is that the next 10 day re-circulation sponsor ballot will start in the next couple of days and it is highly unlikely to be complete by December 15th 2017.
