stds-802-16-mac: ad hoc progress?

All TG3/4 MAC Team Members,

The last meeting produced several ad hoc committees. So far I've seen
Huanchun working to organize the ARQ group. How is the MAC/PHY interface ad
hoc doing? Start now and try to publish proposals ASAP. We need to get them
refined so that we can vote them into the document in Denver.
