[802.21] Contribution for ARID

Hi all

As stated, I have prepared my presentation on the ARID Issue
for discussing in 802.21 and even WIEN SG but something
is wrong in my body particular eye.

I am suffering from my sick eye and the name of disease
is retinal detachment and I will have an operation soon,
thus unfortunately I can not be there because of long flight.

I will may attend the coming Plenary on July and then
I will talk about this issue once more...

I will send my material to the chair of 802.21 today
so please refer to this material in advance and let me know
your feedback/comment and question through mailing list.
