802.21 Folks, Please find attached a new version of
Requirements doc. These have the resolution for Yogesh/Alistair
comments as per the teleconference on July 27. The other comments that remain to be
resolved for the Requirements doc, at this point are from Eric, Peretz and Mani. Some of these did get resolved in the last
teleconference as well. Also attached are minutes of last teleconference

pending comments. Here are notes about the resolution of the
comments. We were able to address all but the last one. We considered the P.
Feder comments as well during this process and resolved many of them. The editor will issue a new revision of
the document before the next conference call. We have agreed to a weekly
schedule to accelerate comment resolution and moving to the proposal phase. The next meeting will be announced as soon
