IEEE 802.11u down selection procedure

Dear all,
	An additional document you may find interesting, in .21, is the
IEEE 802.11u draft/proposed/tentative (i.e. it has NOT been agreed upon)
down selection procedure, enclosed with this email.

My current hope is that the .21 requirements form a cluster (i.e. a
single problem area), that would be then down selected according to the
flow chart in the document.

I hope that .11u creates this cluster of requirements following the
joint meeting in Vancouver and will probably base it on a distillation
of 21-05-0350-04.

However, all of this is subject to approval by IEEE 802.11 voting
members within .11u.
