Ballot Open Date: 07/30/08, Ballot Close Date: 08/14/08 RESPONSE RATE The ballot has met the 75% returned ballot requirement 165 eligible people in this ballot group 126 affirmative votes 05 negative votes with comments 11 abstention votes Total 142 votes received = 86% Returned, 7% Abstention APPROVAL RATE The 75% Approval rate is being met 126 affirmative votes 05 negative votes Total 131 votes, 96% affirmative There were no new Disapprove voters. There were total 12 comments submitted. 7 of these are part
of Disapprove votes from 2 commenters. The WG Editor, David Cypher has provided resolutions for
these comments as well. No Technical changes are required to the draft as part of
these resolutions. I have posted the received comments file along with the
proposed resolutions to the document server (21-08-0248-00-0000-SB_Recirc_6_Comments) P802.21/D13 was granted Conditional Approval to be submitted
to RevCom in the July IEEE meeting. The conditions have been satisfied. Accordingly, we will notify the 802 EC about the
