| Colleagues, We are nearing completion of our work as a Task Force. We will be meeting via teleconference on January 17 (https://www.ieee802.org/3/calendar.html) to consider two received comments on P802.3cz/D3.2. As previously discussed, if for some reason (e.g., making substantive changes to the draft), we have a D3.3 recirculation ballot, we may need to meet to address any comments received. I personally do not believe we will need a D3.3 recirculation, but I have placed a contingent comment resolution teleconference on the calendar for 9 February just in case. This contingent meeting will be cancelled if either no D3.3 recirculation ballot is conducted, or it is conducted but we receive no comments needing consideration.
