For comment #259, I suggest the following resolution:

 

Insert the following text on page 52, line 34 (in 45.2.7.14e): "The BASE-T1 AN shall use Next Page message codes as defined in Annex  98C.". Update PICS as needed

 

Note that the capitalization of "Next Page Message Code" needs to be aligned. We use "Next Page Message Code" and "Next Page message code" - which is it?
