I still think that the scope should be narrowed.
As is, it is wasted and equal to the SG name.
Which means will keep on getting defocused.
If we make the scope narrower, will
A - Make use of the efforts in the discussions so far.
B - Focus the WG in a clear direction.
C - Get this standard to market in due time.
Specifically I think the Scope should specify the solution to be
1 - For 1 hop / Ethernet Link / point to point etc.
2 - A complete / closed congestion management means within the 802.3
standard only. ( Even if this my sound obvious to some )

Thanks for your review. I've captured Brad's suggested changes in the
first 4 slides of the new attached proposal. I then added a 5th slide
which is a markup of the 4th with my changes in response to some of
Matt's comments. If everyone could take another look at this and let me

anything else they can think of, I'd very much appreciate it.
