The hotel room rate for the interim meeting is definitely fixed at 700 CNY regardless of what is shown on the hotel website. To avoid any confusion due to rate mismatch, we are working on a different way for hotel
reservation.

Dear colleagues,
For those considering early registration - please note that the hotel rate at this time is not fixed and the room rate shown on the website is expected to be different at the time of booking. Please give it due consideration when making your reservations.
I'd appreciate if the meeting host could provide a group code allowing people registering for the meeting to obtain the referred hotel rate at the time of registration to avoid (quite common) communication problems with hotel staff later on.

Greetings all,
The IEEE 802.3bn Task Force will be holding an additional interim meeting:
Date: Sunday 28th and Monday 29th October, 2012
Time: 9AM to 5PM each day
Location: Hangzhou, China
Host: Huawei
Our host, Huawei, will be posting further details on meeting venue, registration,
accommodations, etc. in the near future.
Please note that no other IEEE 802.3 groups will be meeting at this Interim.
This meeting is being held immediately prior to the upcoming International Coverage and
Transmission Conference (ICTC) conference to facilitate attendance of individuals from
Chinese MSOs and cable interests. Other than timing and city, the IEEE has no association
with the conference. Conference details can be viewed at:

Due the lead time for preparation of Chinese contributions for English presentation,
please expect a call for contribution later in September.
Attendance at this interim meeting will qualify towards voting membership. Please refer to
