[STDS-802-3-EPOC] Baseline proposals for PCS (updates)

Dear colleagues, 

 

I am attaching updates to baseline proposals I have distributed over the
last few days. All changes are editorial in nature, fixing some rather
unwieldy sentences, missing articles, aligning capitalization and
terminology across these documents. I would like to thank Pete Anslow for
his most insightful comments. 

 

The associated PPTX files remain unchanged.
