I note that in the "miscellaneous issues", Roberts Rules have been removed 
from the precedence list (which I like), but that clause 13 still uses the 
"shall" word with regard to their use (which I don't like). In other words, 
the text still doesn't reflect the spirit of Geoff's comment on RR, which I 
supported, that the status of RR should be advisory rather than mandatory 
in our P&P.
