[802SEC] IETF/IEEE 802 relationship document

Colleauges -

As part of our ongoing activities aimed at coordinating work between 802 
and the IETF, Bernard Aboba has been collating/updating a document that 
describes/summarizes the relationship between our organizations, with input 
from various of the people on both sides of the collaborative relationship. 
The current draft is here:

I would appreciate it if you would review and comment on this document. The 
outcome Bernard is looking for is that we reach a position where the IEEE 
802 Excomm agrees that statements
relating to IEEE 802 procedures are accurate, and agrees with the processes 
and procedures that are suggested are appropriate going forward.
