Re: [802SEC] +++URGENT EC Email Ballot approve expenditure of $68.7k to upgrade the network+++



Approve.  We need to upgrade equipment to provide the sort of world-class
network service that our participants expect and that are required for the
efficient conduct of our meetings (where, as I believe Stuart once pointed
out, time can be valued in 100's of k$ per minute ...)
