Re: [802SEC] Opening EC Agenda items



All, 

Given the change in plenary format, it is important that all
slide sets include a *good* description of any PARs
that a group is bringing forward during the week.
I'd suggest starting with some explanatory slides describing
the project, goals, etc etc and including the actual PAR,
5C's, plus any information on votes already held on forwarding
the PAR. 

Although it is incumbent upon the chairs to bring up other
WG's PARs as part of their opening plenary, our rules indicate
that PARs (aside from ones that hit the 48 hour rule) have to be 
presented to all of 802. This slide set is the perfect way
to save time at plenary meetings and disseminate the 
information.
