[STDS-802-11-TGBH] Updated Tracking document introduction

I have added a couple sentences to the TGbh tracking document’s Introduction section to capture our straw poll yesterday, that we will include use cases even if we believe/are likely to result in no text changes to Std 802.11, but for sake of clarity and completeness of tracking our discussions: https://mentor.ieee.org/802.11/dcn/21/11-21-0332-06-00bh-issues-tracking.docx.

 

Please review and provide any feedback on whether this text adequately captures the intent.

 

On tomorrow’s (Thursday’s) call we will pick back up on the use case proposed in 11-21/0804, and agree on text and how to include it (and any follow-on text about disposition) into the tracking document.
