I would like to request deferring below SP for 25/1848 on NPCA with DBE. This topic is still being discussed offline among members, so would request to defer to give more time for convergence.

I have also uploaded a revised
25/1978r5 providing counter arguments to some of the issues that Yongsen pointed out in 25/1848 regarding using a single NPCA Enabled field for NPCA over BSS BW and DBE BW, which as highlighted in 25/1978r5 are not really issues for the STA side. Adding a separate 'NPCA Enabled for DBE BW' as proposed in 25/1848 adds additional complexity for both STA and AP side w/o specific gains, as described in 25/1978r5.
Since this topic is still being discussed offline, request to defer this SP. Also, I may not be able to join TGbn Monday MAC call because of travel and that slot is not very convenient for India timezone.
