q Do you agree to add the following text to the 802.11bp SFD?
§ Upon a successful AMP AP transmission of an MU-RTS TXS Trigger frame to an AMP Energizer, with the TXS Mode field equal to 2, the AMP AP may transmit an AMP PPDU before the indicated start time of the TXOP allocation period as specified in the MU-RTS TXS Trigger frame for bistatic backscatter communication.
§ For an AMP Energizer that receives the MU-RTS TXS Trigger frame with the TXS Mode field equal to 2 from an AMP AP, the time allocation for the TXOP sharing shall start at the indicated start time in the PPDU for bistatic backscatter communication.
§ The CTS frame from the AMP Energizer shall use default 6Mbps data rate (BPSK, 1/2 coding rate) when responding to the AMP AP (to determine the start time).

q Do you agree to add the following text to the 802.11bp SFD?
§ The AMP AP shall transmit an AMP DL Type 1 PPDU on the 20MHz assigned for UL from a bistatic backscatter non-AP AMP STA to protect the channel from third party STA transmissions.

q Do you agree to amend PM-92 in the 802.11bp SFD as:
•
Uplink channel for bistatic
backscatter communication (1 bit)
•
Set to 0 to indicate the
lower 20MHz channel relative to downlink
•
Set to 1 to indicate the
upper 20MHz channel relative to downlink
• 40MHz center frequency channel number indication (1 bit)
• Set to 0 to indicate channel number 3
• Set to 1 to indicate channel number 11
• Bistatic Exciter transmission flag (1 bit)
• Set to 0 to indicate the PPDU is transmitted by an AMP AP
• Set to 1 to indicate the PPDU is transmitted by a bistatic exciter
• Bistatic Exciter Identification (TBD bits).
[Reference: 11-26/0905r0, 11-26/0906r0]
Note:
• Channel number 3, with center freq. 2422 MHz is in the lower Operating Class 83 (See Annex-E Table E-4), corresponding to non-overlapping 20MHz channels 1 and 5.
• Channel number 11, with center freq. 2462 MHz is in the upper Operating Class 84 (See Annex-E Table E-4), corresponding to non-overlapping 20MHz channels 9 and 13.
