IEEE 802.16's Maintenance Task Group: 802.16.1 Project

IEEE 802.16's Maintenance Task Group is chartered to develop a series of maintenance standards projects as necessary and authorized.

This page documents the activities of the Task Group in developing IEEE Project 802.16.1 into IEEE Std 802.16.1-2012. This project created a new standalone version of WirelessMAN-Advanced radio interface first specified in IEEE Std 802.16m.
