Re: [802.21] Revised Security SG CR documents

A revised version of the Security Study Group TR has been uploaded and is now available on the server with DCN 172 Rev 2. This 
updated version is based on 21-08-0292-02-0sec-cr-for-security-tr.doc  & 21-08-0308-01-0sec-ssg-tr-change-request.doc . It includes 
following text/changes, as per the discussion and agreement at the Dallas meeting:

- New requirements and assumptions under section 2.2, for use cases 2 & 3
- Definition of ASN, CSN, Roaming Scenario and non-roaming scenario in section 1.3.1
- A new section 2.5 on potential approach for candidate authenticator discovery
- Updated reference section 1.2, to reflect status changes in those documents
