[802.3_ISAAC] Minimum Segment length

Hi Kamal,

related to your presentation: Link Segment Related Text for 802.3dm
as the queue was closed here is my question:

You are proposing only the "Max" link segment length from which IL is derived for Coax and STP.
What about "Min" segment length? As this can impact RL.
