[802-LMSC] +++LMSC review+++ a draft submission to Ghana NCA's consultation

Dear IEEE 802 LMSC members,

Hope all is well.

I would like to request the review of the following draft IEEE 802 LMSC submission before asking the LMSC to consider approval of the submission.

On 8 January 2026, Ghana National Communications Authority (NCA) began a consultation that seeks public opinions on its proposal for the Use of the L6GHz Band for Wi-Fi 6 Services, which introduces Low Power Indoor mode of operation with maximum power of 23 dBm and Very Low Power mode of operation (for both outdoor and indoor) with maximum power of 14 dB.

An individual prepared a response to commend the administration's proposal and provided further suggestions.  The submission was approved by IEEE 802.18 earlier today (19 February 2026) with the following voting results:  6 Yes, 1 No, 0 Abstain.
