IEEE 802.1 holds meetings at the 802 Plenary sessions in March, July and November each year, and usually holds interim meetings in January, May and September. Some projects also hold teleconferences which are authorized in advance and announced on the mailing list.

802.1 May '12 Interim meeting
The May interim meeting will be held at the Monkbar Hotel, York, UK, hosted by ADVA Optical Networking Ltd. (John Messenger). Details of the meeting are available.
802.1 January '12 Interim meeting
The January interim meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn Munich City Centre, Munich, Germany, hosted by Nokia Siemens Networks (Rudolf Brandner). Registration: The meeting fee is $450 (US) before December 4th, 2011, 23:55 CET and late registration after that time is $800 (US). Cancellations: cancellation of registration is possible until December 4th, 2011, 23:55 CET. Refunds will be processed after the registration period. After December 4th, 2011, 23:55 CET there is no refund. NOTE: please fill in the correct registration fee on the registration web page.
To reserve your hotel room online, please use the hotel link in the table above. You can also place a room reservation by using the registration form and fax it to the hotel or call them directly at +49 (0)89 448 7170 or at worldwide toll free number +800 80 800 800. Email reservations should be sent to hi.muenchen@whgeu.com. Group Code is "S3G". Cancellation 24 hours before check-in is free of charge; thereafter 90% of the whole stay. Check-in: 15:00, check-out: noon. We do have a room block until December 1st, 2011. After that date room reservation will be based on actual prices, availability and terms and conditions (e.g., cancellation policy).
