RE: [802.21] Comment Resolution

Hello Ronny,

Thanx for pointing this out.

An updated version of the Commentary file: 21-06-0647-01-0000_LB1_Comments.USR has now been placed on the website.

This has a few extra comments which were not incorporated earlier from one of the submissions, and the comments are numbered as well.

The total number of comments to be resolved is now up to 902 from 894 previously.

The comments were already sorted based on page no/line no.

Please let us know if you notice any other issues in submitting Reply Comments.

Best Regards

-Vivek

Dear Vivek,

In order for us to submit Reply comments, all received comments should be sorted by section number (or any fair ordering standard you have) and comment number should be given to each comment.

If comment number is not given, it is impossible to figure out which reply comment is to which comment. This should be done ASAP, so people can start making a reply comment data file.

Best Regards,

- Ronny

Subject: [802.21] Comment Resolution

A total of 1302 comments were received as part of Letter Ballot #1.

Out of these 408 comments are repetitive comments submitted by different members of the same company.

These are not just duplicates but exactly the same comments in same format and hence we need to count these only once as opposed to multiple times.

The extra copies of these comments have been placed at the end of the Commentary file: 21-06-0647-00-0000_LB1_Comments.USR

Excluding these comments we have 894 comments that we need to resolve as part of the Comment Resolution process.

Members are strongly encouraged to submit Reply comments and any other related contribution that can help with LB comment Resolution for May meeting.

The deadline for submitting Reply comments and all other contributions for the May meeting shall be Tuesday, May 9, AOE.

We shall have a telecon this Thursday to talk some more about the Comment Resolution process.

Also if there are any other items (other than LB comment related presentations) that you would like to see included in Agenda for May meeting please do let us know.

Best Regards

-Vivek
